Chris is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her first exposure to human resources was as a Job Analyst for CitiBank in New York. She married, moved to Boston, and jumped in feet first as a consultant with Fanning Personnel, specializing in the placement of permanent staff in the financial services industry. Chris has worked for more than 25 years with many of Boston's premier financial firms, which include small and large asset management firms, hedge funds, investment banking and brokerage firms. Chris has been a staffing resource for the growing array of companies in the financial sector in Boston, and her network of referrals has helped to expand our financial division. She is a valuable “producing manager" who takes pride in the professional growth of her staff.

Lindsay completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1998. For seven years, Lindsay worked as a Senior Administrator in a busy litigation firm in Washington, DC. In that role, she performed a wide range of accounting and human resources functions. She was also responsible for the training and management of the support staff. She joined Fanning in February of 2006 to work a financial services/accounting desk where she places a wide array of professionals. Lindsay has built strong relationships with several firms in both Boston and the Metro West area. In addition, her referral network from both her client companies and candidates has grown dramatically over the last few years.

Lynn holds a Business degree from Fisher College in Boston and has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry. She started her career with MFS and later moved to the sell-side of the industry working for Dean Witter, then Merrill Lynch. The bulk of Lynn's experience stems from her 13 years at First Albany as an Associate Vice President, Institutional Fixed Income. Prior to working at Fanning, Lynn was a Manager at Barclays Capital. She joined Fanning in 2006 and brings with her excellent financial industry experience in the areas of brokerage sales, trading and operations. In addition, Lynn has developed excellent relationships throughout Boston's financial community.

Adam is a 1992 UMASS- Amherst graduate who also received his Accounting degree from Northeastern University in 1994. Prior to his career as a Recruiter, Adam spent 12 years as an Accountant/Financial Analyst. In 2006, Adam left the world of accounting and finance to become a Recruiter, helping a West Coast agency establish their Boston office. He joined Fanning in 2009 and has repeatedly received high marks from his client companies and candidates alike while working with them on their hiring needs and career development respectively.

Justin joined the Fanning Personnel team in early 2013. He brings with him over 5 years of staffing experience, having previously worked at Entegee Engineering Technical Group as an Account Manager. Justin also has experience as a finance professional; he spent time at State Street Corporation, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Strategic Financial Partners. Justin's outgoing demeanor, coupled with his experience in talent identification, client service, and finance, make him a valued and dependable member of the Fanning team. In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with friends and family, and cooking. Justin graduated from Hampton University in May of 1997, and has remained an active alumnus, reaching out to fellow alumni and soon to be graduates, offering career counsel and support.

Casey Garcelon recently graduated from Claremont McKenna College, located in Southern California, with her Bachelor’s Degree in Government. She now returns to her roots in the Greater Boston Area, joining Fanning Personnel as a Recruiting and Sourcing Associate. For four years while in college, Casey was a student employee at her alma mater’s Office of Annual Giving. In her role, Casey assisted with the recruiting, hiring, and training of student employees each year. She served as the co-founding president of a campus organization that offered academic and professional support to first generation college students. As a 2012 Hamilton Scholars alumna, Casey is a mentor to entering cohort members and remains an active ambassador to the program, seeking and encouraging high achieving students to apply. Casey brings to Fanning excellent client service and an affinity for New England winters.

Brenna is responsible for office operations at Fanning Personnel and Comforce Staffing. She monitors daily procedures and prepares weekly reports to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency throughout the firm. In addition, she is responsible for facilities and vendor management as well as event planning. Brenna joined Fanning / Comforce in 2006 upon graduating from Merrimack College with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Hayley Brown is a graduate from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 2014 and a Master of Education degree in Counseling in 2016. She is originally from New Hampshire but relocated to Boston to work as an International Student Advisor in Chestnut Hill. Her main role at Fanning is supporting the CEO with scheduling and administrative tasks. In addition, she screens resumes, sources for qualified candidates, and writes job advertisements. Her main goal is to ensure that the job search process is a positive one for both clients and candidates.
