Responsibilities:
A specialized wealth management firm outside of Boston is seeking a Client Service Associate who is customer-focused, has experience working within the financial services industry and wants a career in relationship management! The CSA has a broad range of responsibilities overseeing the operational and administrative aspects for a group of client relationships. This is an excellent position for someone looking to work within relationship management and service ultra-high net worth clients. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Open and maintain client accounts
  • Movement of client money
  • Onboard new clients to Fiduciary Trust International
  • Alternative investment administration
  • Prepare for and attending client meetings
  • Client interaction and ad hoc requests
  • Relationship management
    • Strengthen client relationships in conjunction with Portfolio Managers (PMs) via phone calls and e-mail communication
Qualifications:
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years' professional work experience in a client facing role
  • Financial Services industry experience required, preferably in the high net worth (HNW) space, private wealth management, or with an RIA
  • A team player with effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, as well as work effectively with other departments
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
