Performance Analyst ($65-75K)

A 70-person, $8B investment firm located in Greater Boston is seeking a Performance Analyst.
This is a TREMENDOUS opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Performance- themed role which
offers "meaty" content including calculating AND interpreting investment portfolio returns and analytics
as part of the monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc deliverables associated with this role.
These duties provide a platform to maintain continual interaction with several firm departments via
communicating performance and statistical data, as well as maintaining the firm's GIPS compliance.

The responsibilities of the Performance Analyst are:
-Compile, generate and maintain performance and statistical data used for internal, external and
GIPS compliant reporting
-Review and maintain transaction level performance data to ensure data integrity for use with
analytics and attribution reporting
-Research portfolio performance and statistical issues to diagnose and implement change as
necessary
-Produce an array of client reports, attribution reporting and marketing deliverables
Qualifications:
The qualifications needed of the Performance Analyst include:
-BA/BS required
-Focus in Economics/Finance preferred
-5 years of relevant work experience
-Minimum of 2 years in a performance role
-An interest in pursuing the CIPM or CFA is desired
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a keen attention to detail
