Exciting opportunity at a top investment firm in Boston! Seeking an Office Coordinator with related experience preferably in the financial services industry.

The Office Coordinator will:
  • Greet guests and manage visitor registration
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Manage invoice process and expense reports
  • Maintain and orders supplies
  • Manage newspaper and magazine subscriptions
  • Track personal, vacation and sick days
  • Maintain calendars, files, folders and databases
  • Assist with sales and marketing duties including binding presentations, planning conferences, and reporting
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related reception or administrative experience. Previous investment experience is strongly preferred. Will be highly organized with excellent time management abilities. Strong computer skills required.
