Responsibilities:
Boutique investment management firm in Boston seeking an Executive and Client Assistant! This is a busy and diverse role involving both client administration and executive support. The individual in this role will manage the firm's press releases, advertisements and other marketing material. Seeking a "go-getter" with excellent problem solving abilities and a can-do attitude.

The Executive Assistant/Marketing Associate will:
  • Screen incoming calls; coordinate and plan travel arrangements; schedule meetings with clients, accountants, and attorneys
  • Prepare and maintain CEO & CIO expense reports
  • Assist with client management functions, including monitoring due date schedules, coordinating progress reports and collecting and maintaining client documentation
  • Act as a liaison between principals and clients to facilitate work and accomplish objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications:
The Executive Assistant/Marketing Associate possesses the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years related experience in financial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with financial planning and portfolio management systems is desirable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
