Responsibilities:
The Performance and Attribution Analyst will complete portfolio investment performance computations and facilitate the successful completion of attribution analysis and reporting. Seeking an individual who understands the portfolio construction process since the firm employs multiple investment portfolio strategies; an individual who can analyze portfolio holdings (that contain a wide array of asset classes) and determine how to optimally gather/ analyze this portfolio data to arrive at a customized attribution methodology. Performing these duties positions enables this individual to play a key role in the firm's investment management process.

The Performance and Attribution Analyst will:
  • Manage the production of composite presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design workflows and streamline processes
  • Develop business requirements and implement initiatives to enhance the performance and attribution process/improve the firm's procedures
  • Oversee all activity and procedures directly with the administrators, custodians, middle-office and auditors
Qualifications:
The Performance and Attribution Analyst will:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience at an investment firm
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with large volume of data, including data quality reviews; intermediate to advanced macro and VBA skills and other programming language skills is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
