Responsibilities:
An established, Boston-based staffing firm is looking for a recruiter to join its team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with financial services sales experience or previous recruiting experience to join a team of top professionals who specialize in Investment and Administrative staffing for many of Boston's leading financial services companies. Key responsibilities will be to locate top talent, interview candidates and consult with them to find the best positions. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with current corporate clients and developing new contacts.



Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of recruiting experience or sales experience within the financial services industry. Candidates with a proven ability to develop long-term relationships and substantial work experience in the financial services industry will also be considered. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong computer skills and excellent phone manner.

Must be professional and articulate with strong oral and written communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
