Responsibilities:
Secondary Investment Monitoring and Operations: 50%
- Participation in weekly Secondary group meetings
- Maintenance of Secondary group KPIs (i.e., pipeline, deals reviewed, completed deals, deal flow, capacity, and pacing)
- Maintenance of Secondary track record for all firm programs
- Assist with cash flow modeling of secondary funds and portfolios
- Assist the Secondary team in determining the appropriate allocation of Secondary investment opportunities
- Prepare and maintain all monitoring materials for Secondary program including funds, separate accounts, and individual deals
- Assist with the preparation of internal Secondary Portfolio review and strategic discussion materials
- Liaise with Accounting group on all aspects of financial reporting for Secondary funds as required
- Respond to ad-hoc internal queries and requests in relation to the Secondary portfolio
- Other ad-hoc operational projects
- Assist Principals and Managing Directors and work with Marketing in the preparation and maintenance of Secondary related marketing materials, AGM, and Advisory Board materials
- Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of deal related marketing materials, descriptions, case studies, etc.
- Manage separate account updates including capacity, deal updates, dataroom management and certain client communications
- Coordinate with RFP team in crafting data responses to Secondary related RFP materials
- Respond to ad-hoc marketing-related queries and requests and prepare materials for client consumption
- Update track record and due diligence materials as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability and desire to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- BS-Accounting/Finance
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
