Responsibilities:
·Project management and coordination of the US onboarding and transition events including planning, overseeing and executing operational implementation through a thorough understanding of the firm's business and operational environment and applying a disciplined approach to the process and stakeholder management, both internal and external

·Develop great insight of process and procedures for onboarding and transitions, supporting stakeholders throughout the process providing regular and accurate progress updates, and escalating any issues promptly

·Ensure agreed internal SLA's are met, proactively communicate with all parties internally, and ensure that all onboarding activity is actioned appropriately

·Facilitate problem resolution demonstrating a solution driven approach

·Monitor, track and report progress in accordance with framework in place to clients, key stakeholders and Senior Management

·Deliver high quality responses to onboarding inquiries or issues in a timely manner to assure that barriers encountered during the process are monitored and overcome

·Maintain Service Organization Controls (SOC 1) report evidence for onboarding control execution and facilitate internal and external audit requests related to client onboarding internal controls as needed

·Drive continuous improvement of established client onboarding process flows and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes

·Maintain expertise with the information necessary to successfully onboard a client and how this information accurately translates from contracts to the firm processing systems

·Conduct post-onboarding reviews and hand-over meetings with the relevant departments internally

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, with 5 years+ of relevant experience
  • Experience in onboarding/transitioning investment management clients is essential
  • Strong operational expertise and demonstrated ability to project manage the implementation of complex operating models
  • Exceptional communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders and to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences both internally and externally
  • Ability to independently manage own portfolio of events, working effectively and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain the highest standards and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong awareness of process efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Critical thinker and problem solver mindset, ability to tackle unfamiliar challenges, questions and tasks with a proactive and thorough approach, whilst considering impact on the broader business
  • Team player with ability to work without supervision and ability to achieve depth of learning and self-development within the role
  • Track record of delivering process improvements
  • Multitasker who can adhere to tight deadlines and maintains resiliency under pressure
  • Strong proficiency with various technology including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word & Visio) and project management tools
