Responsibilities:
This esteemed Boston investment management firm is seeking Internal Wholesalers to add to their dynamic team. The individuals in this role with work directly with the Regional Sales Director to drive sales and grow market share within their territory. The Internal Wholesalers will execute this by developing new business, fostering and developing relationships, and determining their clients' needs.

- Develop prospects and new business with financial advisors
- Partner with the Regional Sales Director to implement and execute the territory's marketing and sales plans
- Effectively segment and target calling efforts to develop strong relationships and develop new sales
- Determine the clients' and/or prospects' needs through exploring questions, presenting potential solutions, and asking for appropriate action
- Maintain and grow relationships with current clients by discovering new and cross selling opportunities
- Assist in coordinating appointments and meetings for Regional Sales Director
Qualifications:
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, with 1-3 years sales experience within the financial services industry
- Series 6 & 63 required
- Working knowledge of financial markets, knowledge of the fixed income markets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as presentation and listening skills
- Demonstrated sales ability
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
