Responsibilities:
- Review financial documents for filing on Form N-CSR and other regulatory filings including Form N-Q, Form N-SAR, Form N1-A updates, and Form 24F-2
- Coordinate expense payments with the Funds' custodian; review expense accruals on an ongoing basis; and assist with preparation of annual expense Board memos
- Proactively review 1940 Act, IRS and Prospectus/SAI compliance work and elevate and research any exceptions
- Performance of Fund Administration compliance Rule 38a-1 testing
- Review distribution calculations prepared by the Sub-Administrator
- Additional opportunities may include participation in Fund performance reporting, review of marketing materials (including the Fund's Websites) and monthly holding reports, and preparation of Board communications and materials
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably business related
- 3-5 years Fund Accounting/Fund Administration or equivalent experience
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to execute multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
