Responsibilities:
  • Benefit enrollments and coverage changes with providers and for payroll
  • Assisting with general employee questions for benefits
  • Address changes with benefit providers
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests from Benefits Manager assisting with benefit policies and communications
  • Lawson entry -- new hires, overtime, temp hours, spot bonuses, PC and home office reimbursements
  • Assisting with invoice payments and vendor eligibility and file sends
  • Setting up new hires in all systems (benefits, Employee Self Service, I-9 forms)
  • Assisting with vacation program - vacation buy, new hire vacation allotment, term payouts, adjustments, assistance with PMA (timekeeper management, personal time allotment)
  • Assistance with HR notification forms where needed
  • Employee Lawson changes (name changes, supervisors, adding new position or job codes, updating position categories, etc.)
  • Handling onboarding tasks and providing support in orientation (collecting employee forms, following up with employees on outstanding items etc.)
  • 29-35$/hr
