Responsibilities:
The Client Service Associate and Operations role is responsible for supporting the staff and business operations of a growing multi-family office. This integral team member will lend support to office administration, client service, cash management, reporting, and complex estate, tax and insurance planning. This integral team member will perform specific tasks including but not limited to:
- answer client inquiries, assist with client reporting, including collecting and updating outside investment values, verify data integrity, prepare and review reports with senior team members in preparation for client meetings
- assist with client cash management operation
- collect and catalogue tax data and assist with facilitation of payments
- review weekly client bill pay packages and quarterly spending reports
- add contacts and maintain integrity of CRM system
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years experience
- self starter with high attention to detail and accountability
- Bachelor's degree
- experience in financial services
- proficiency in Microsoft products
- experience with Schwab, Fidelity, Quickbooks and/or Tamarac (Envestnet) perferred
- strong written, oral, and customer service skills
