Responsibilities:
- •Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and events on behalf of the team including preparing meeting deliverables and recording meeting minutes
- •Provide reception services including direct incoming calls, monitor the team's voicemail and email, and transcribe messages
- •Maintain and update the CRM with transaction requests, contact information, and new account paperwork
- •Manage the firm's website with posting relevant information, coordinating password resets and deactivation, and review and approve client activity/changes
- •Liaise on behalf of team when reviewing and responding to client information requests
- •Organize the departments filing system both electronically and hard copy
- •Prepare and review investor mails mailings as well as tracking their responses
- •Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of administrative/support experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
•Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
•Anticipate problems and identify solutions
•Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
•Discretion when handling confidential information
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
