Responsibilities:
Boston investment firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join the Boston office – one of the growing locations at the firm. As a part of a client relationship team dedicated to serving the financial and investment needs of clients, the Client Advisor will work with the team to ensure that the firm's clients continue to receive a world class experience. The firm is seeking candidates who are well organized, energetic, and team-oriented. The right candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic who has excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This person must be willing to provide the highest level of client service, professionalism, and confidentiality. Furthermore, this person must be able to efficiently prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Support senior team members with implementing and maintaining clients' investment and strategic planning plans
  • Assist with client inquiries and requests
  • Oversee account openings and administration of client portfolios
  • Prepare client meeting presentations
  • Confirm trading and other investment activity
  • Monitor portfolios against asset allocation targets
  • Ad hoc special projects as they arise
  • Assist accountants and estate planners as needed
Qualifications:
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of relevant professional experience in an investment, wealth management, estate planning, or tax/accounting environment, with a preference for ultra-high-net-worth client service experience
  • Interest in pursuing an advanced degree and or professional certification (CFA, CFP, etc.) preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Analytical with a strong attention to detail; Problem solve effectively
  • High energy and highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
