Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis for a given universe with limited supervision
- Develop credit opinions and relative value assessments in collaboration with the team
- Synthesize and assess relevant industry, market data, and other factors
- Provide investment recommendations taking into account risk and return potential
- Build and maintain financial models including projections
- Prepare, publish, and present industry and credit views
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure optimal investment decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with work towards a graduate degree and/or CFA preferred
- 6+ years relevant experience in an investment management or related firm
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Prior bank loan and/or multiple industry coverage experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail
- Thrive in a collaborative environment
