Responsibilities:
Position Summary
Investment management firm is seeking a Communications Associate to join their Boston office. The individual in this role will support the development and executions of the communications program and will support the end-to-end development and execution of strategic communications programming with a focus to build employee engagement across their global team. The Communications Associate will ensure effective of the messaging through strong attention to detail and communications processes, guidelines, and templates. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, keen attention to detail, and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and executing global communication strategies in coordination with the team in order to increase transparency and deliver news/ information to all areas of the business
  • Work cross- functionally to support the development and execution of communications, including communication/ marketing campaigns, events, intranet updates, and internal announcements
  • Drive an exciting employee engagement strategy that builds brand and employee advocates
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of content for the corporate intranet that strengthens employee awareness, connection, and sense of community
  • Liaise regularly with internal and external communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and to understand local needs
  • Monitor communication metrics and deliver integrated reports and recommendations for the leadership team
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events including company meetings, employee roundtables, and quarterly webcasts
Qualifications:
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing with experience in internal communications, including writing and supporting digital internal communications and internal websites
  • Experience in creating distributing internal communications, including emails, intranet posts, polls, surveys, training, and webcasts
  • Belief that internal communications are critical to building employee engagement
  • Familiarity with financial terms and concepts, private marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong writing experience
