Responsibilities:
Highly esteemed staffing firm in Boston is currently seeking a Recruiting Associate to find top candidates and develop lead lists for a team of recruiters. The Recruiting Associate will provide support for a team of recruiters and provide a seamless interview process for our candidates. Candidates should be highly organized and time efficient when prioritizing and accomplishing tasks.

The Recruiting Associate will:

  • Provide support for a team of recruiters
  • Utilize job boards and networking sites to locate and pre-screen qualified candidates
  • Schedule and interview applicants for financial services positions
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries about the employment process
  • Track applications to ensure that records are up to date; use data to create accurate reports
  • Research investment and financial services firms in Boston to develop lead lists and find job orders
  • Research and attend networking events for investment professionals in Boston
Qualifications:
The Recruiting Assistant will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of administrative experience, experience in human resources or recruiting a plus
  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of the investment industry is preferred
  • Outgoing and personable attitude
  • Pleasant phone manner and eagerness to get on the phone
  • Microsoft Office, Google Suite proficient
  • Highly organized and time efficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, but also in a team environment
