Chris is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her first exposure to human resources was as a Job Analyst for CitiBank in New York. She married, moved to Boston, and jumped in feet first as a consultant with Fanning Personnel, specializing in the placement of permanent staff in the financial services industry. Chris has worked for more than 25 years with many of Boston's premier financial firms, which include small and large asset management firms, hedge funds, investment banking and brokerage firms. Chris has been a staffing resource for the growing array of companies in the financial sector in Boston, and her network of referrals has helped to expand our financial division. She is a valuable “producing manager" who takes pride in the professional growth of her staff.
Lindsay completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1998. For seven years, Lindsay worked as a Senior Administrator in a busy litigation firm in Washington, DC. In that role, she performed a wide range of accounting and human resources functions. She was also responsible for the training and management of the support staff. She joined Fanning in February of 2006 to work a financial services/accounting desk where she places a wide array of professionals. Lindsay has built strong relationships with several firms in both Boston and the Metro West area. In addition, her referral network from both her client companies and candidates has grown dramatically over the last few years.
