Responsibilities:
Highly-esteemed Boston asset manager is seeking an Executive Assistant to add to their team. The individual in this role will support the Head of Human Resources and provide back-up to the CEO when necessary for both internal and external responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have an extreme discretion when handling confidential information.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar of internal and external responsibilities
  • Prepare confidential and time sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate and organize all meeting, conference calls, and video calls
  • Maintain documents and files physically and electronically
  • Ability to communicate with high-level individuals with demonstrated judgment on all matters
  • Support Human Resources Department as needed
  • Ability to implement efficient work processes
Qualifications:
Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Human Resources a plus
  • Technologically savvy
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal across all levels of the organization and outside vendors
  • Maintain sound judgement when handling confidential matters
  • Maintain a high level of organization with a keen attention to detail when proofreading and editing
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team player and willing to contribute when and wherever needed
  • Basic understanding of the financial services industry
