Responsibilities:
Asset management firm in Boston is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to join their team. This individual will work closely with the client advisors to process/ monitor and maintain client accounts and to provide administrative, operational, and trading support. A qualified candidate for this role should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritize and execute tasks while prioritizing multiple tasks, and maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail.



Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review new account application and supporting documents coordinating with Advisors as needed
  • Submit documents to custodians, monitor custodial alerts, and communicate to resolve any account issues
  • Monitor and follow-up all asset transfer and communicate status to Advisors
  • Reconcile securities and cash transfers
  • Set up new clients and account data into CRM database
  • Process and prepare tasks generated from new client onboarding workflow, Investment Management Agreements, Financial Planning Agreements, and create new client folders within portal
  • Prepare new account applications/ asset transfer forms, etc. and coordinate delivery with Advisors
  • Coordinate client meeting materials with Advisors
  • Assist Investment Team with additional trading, operational, and reception work as needed

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years related to client service/ operations/ administrative experience
  • Proactive approach to client service and problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
