Responsibilities:
Position Summary

Boston Firm is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to support their firm. This individual will have at least 2 years of relevant technical and/ or operational experience. The Technology Specialist will continue to build out this firm's CRM system, oversee support provided by an outside IT company, and assist with the Cybersecurity planning, implementation, documenting, and training for multiple offices. They will also respond to technical requests from staff as needed



Position Responsibilities
  • Manage upgrades to firm's systems and continue to train staff and develop a CRM "how- to" manual
  • Support outsourced IT vendor to evaluate and implement technical hardware solutions for multiple offices
  • Monitor and evaluate multiple offices' network infrastructures to ensure they are fully functional and meeting the needs of each office
  • Oversee and work with outsourced IT support firm to ensure network is continually protected by updating all routers and firewalls
  • Monitor vendors ensuring that any vendors who have client personally identifiable information (PII) has been properly evaluated to ensure data integrity
  • Respond to technical requests from staff in regards to computer issues, software, and phone system as needed





Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of related technical and operational experience
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • CRM experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multiple tasks with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
