Responsibilities:
Position Summary

Boston investment firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their dynamic team. This individual will work closely with the Client Advisory Team to understand the client's needs and to improve upon service within each client relationship as well as facilitate the daily transactions for client portfolios. The Client Service Associate has to be able to adapt quickly and be comfortable working in a fast- paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Service tasks including opening accounts, maintenance of accounts, investment and transition paper work
  • Process client tax payments and the tax document lifecycle process
  • Manage RMD process and payments
  • Process capital calls and redemptions, as well as track distributions
  • Assist with client meeting materials
  • Update CRM data
  • Assist client in completing firm and custodian paperwork, as needed
Qualifications:
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of investment and financial planning concepts
  • Understanding of capital markets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
