Responsibilities:
Client Service Associate will support this company's business development, consultant relations, and client service efforts. This individual will have institutional client service experience and strong interpersonal skills to be an asset to their team initiatives and successful business outcomes. This highly organized and proactive individual will have the ability to manage time- sensitive deadlines with competing priorities.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Serve as point of contact for clients and responding to their needs with urgency and high level of detail
  • Manage client administration with CRM
  • Liaison with members of the business across all teams
  • Contribute to the team's on- going business development including: RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, marketing collateral, and presentations
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as need



Qualifications:
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years work experience in an investment management firm in similar roles
  • Ability to determine and anticipate needs of clients and effectively resolve initiatives
  • Strong communication skills for not only fostering clients, but building team relationships
  • Knowledge of various asset classes including equity, commodity, and alternative strategies
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in CRM, RFP, and proposal software a plus
