Responsibilities:
A highly reputable financial institution is seeking a Wealth Service Administrator to support the Advisors, Relationship Managers, and Operations Team. This individual would be a great communicator, timely, and prioritize tasks with attention to detail in order to best support the overall client relationship through administrative support. This Wealth Service Administrator should have a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years working in a wealth management customer service role.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all client paperwork including applications, forms, and client deliverables
  • Resolve issues in the operational process and process all client requests
  • Ensure that the CRM is current and up-to-date
  • Provide overall client support by offering consistent administrative assistance
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships and become familiar with client needs
  • Work on firm-level projects as requested
Qualifications:
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years working in a wealth management customer service role
  • Excellent client service skills, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technology skills and CRM experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
