Responsibilities:
An RIA located in Boston's Financial District is seeking a Client Service Associate to join the firm's Private Wealth & Institutional practice. This individual will provide comprehensive client and Consultant support (the Consultants being in the field to perform business development duties), thereby facilitating the daily management of client relationships. The CSA will act as the primary resource to address portfolio inquiries, perform ongoing account management and client reporting, prepare for current and prospective client meetings, attend client meetings, and perform ad hoc analysis.

The Client Service Associate will:
  • Attend client meetings with Private and Institutional Advisors to gain/maintain a continual knowledge of current and upcoming client needs and help maintain extraordinary client service
  • Attend Operating Regroup meetings which aim to maintain continual dialogue between teams and to identify and prioritize ongoing client deliverables
  • Coordinate the preparation of current and prospective client meetings/deliverables
  • Create, monitor and/or implement meeting take-aways and keep advisors abreast of issues to address
  • Coordinate recurring portfolio transactions and perform standard and ad hoc client reporting
  • Address consultant and client inquiries regarding client information and portfolio transaction activity
  • Participate in the development and implementation of controls, as well as policies and procedures, for the Client Service team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of related experience working at a wealth management firm
  • Series 65 or 66 license is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving proficiency
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and consistency
