Office Manager

The responsibilities of the Office Manager include:
-Manage calendars and schedule for multiple team members
-Manage expenses (Workday) for multiple team members
-Handle travel arrangements (flight, hotel, etc.)
-Act as liaison with new hires (FTE, contractors, interns)
-Manage office inventory (food, equipment, parking passes, deliveries, business cards, etc.)
The qualifications needed of the Office Manager include:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-5+ years of demonstrable and successful administrative work experience highly preferred
-Self-motivated; comfortable working independently under general direction
-Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), specifically calendar functions
