Administrative/Events Coordinator – 55-60K

Well known Boston firm, very active in the community, seeks a confident assistant who has worked in a fast paced environment juggling multiple events, luncheons, and calendar schedules. The Assistant must be a master of organization and able to juggle many tasks, handle heavy calendar management, schedule and plan meetings, and assist with projects. Excellent writing and computer skills are needed for this diverse position. Must be assured in your ability to handle anything that comes your way!
Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of administrative support with experience which includes calendar management and travel coordination. Must also be able to work under tight timelines, handle multiple projects, and be extremely professional and mature. Must be discreet and able to work with highly confidential information. Bachelor's degree is required, as are excellent Word and PowerPoint skills. A fantastic opportunity in a very collaborative environment.

Salary 55-60K plus outstanding benefits.
