Responsibilities:
Terrific wealth management firm North of Boston is looking for a Client Service Analyst to join its Client Services Team. An integral member of the company, the Client Service Analyst will oversee the opening/closing bank and brokerage accounts.

The Client Service Analyst will:
  • Manage the opening/closing bank & brokerage accounts
  • Handle client on-boarding
  • Accurately respond to client requests and inquires
  • Resolve issues with custodians/fund companies/administrators
  • Initiate/monitor cash and security transfers
  • Manage completion of subscription materials for HF/PE/RE
  • Supervise capital call management for private equity and private real estate funds
  • Supervise ongoing maintenance of HF/PE/RE investments
  • Complete and submit Regulatory documents
Qualifications:
The Client Service Analyst will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration
  • 2+ years' experience in client service (brokerage firm or RIA preferred)
  • Must have great time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, able to multitask and prioritize work load
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
