Well-known investment and wealth management firm West of Boston is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Administration team. Excellent opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career with a dynamic and collaborative firm and performing a broad range of responsibilities!

The Administrative Assistant will:
  • Manage the phones and emails, greet guests, and organize company materials
  • Organize and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • Manage the firm's databases
  • Make photocopies, scan and file documents
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements and create expense reports
  • Prepare and send out regularly scheduled reports
  • Support any departments in the firm as needed
The Administrative Assistant will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Experience managing calendars and professional phone skills preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests
