Details: Add to staff has created a senior manager role with this Boston asset management firm. The Manger will oversee 20-25 client relationship professionals and is responsible for recruitment, interviewing and day to day management duties. The Client Service Manager will work closely with directors of each team to ensure staffing levels and to determine future needs. Will manage review process and make promotion and compensation recommendations. Will oversee and align workflow and develop talent. Manager must understand business requirements for each team, and look for areas of process and quality improvement.

Skills Required:

Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related investment experience. Financial services experience is required! Must have a strong understanding of the investment management business, experience in managing a staff and the ability to assess and establish evolving needs. Must be proactive, able to work with little direction, and highly organized. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities are a must! Will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent benefits including strong bonus and profit sharing. Very Strong Salary
