Job Title: Client Service Associate

Salary: $45-50K

Details: Seeking a Client Service Associate to join a small downtown Boston investment management firm. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow within investment management. The Client Service Associate will build relationships with both new and existing clients, assist with account opening and maintenance and handle client account administration. Will assist with quarterly reporting, manage the contact database and prepare marketing materials.

Skills Required: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, fresh grad or 1 year of experience within financial services preferably a small firm. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks skills are required. Salary will be $40-45K.
