Our Guarantee
Because we are a contingency-based agency, there is no cost to interview any of the candidates we recommend to you. You are charged a fee only when a placement is made. And because we save you the time and effort of screening candidates, you will be sure to hire the right candidate. If for some reason it is not the perfect match, we provide a guarantee.
Providing payment is made within 30 days of the candidate start date, Fanning Personnel will provide the following 30-60-90 day guarantee on all candidates. If employment is terminated for any reason within the first 30 days of employment, our service charge will be refunded, or we will replace the applicant at no additional charge. Should the employee leave or be terminated between the 31st and 60th day of employment, ½ the fee will be returned; between the 61st and 90th day of employment, 1/3 of the fee. The only exception to this guarantee would be termination as a result of company layoff due to downsizing or other related circumstances.
