The job specifications are critical, including a detailed description of duties, as well as a profile of the department and hiring manager. All consultants work closely with their client companies, learning the details that make each client unique. These details help us make the best match on all accounts.
Fanning utilizes a team approach to screen and evaluate candidates with the goal of finding the right match for your company. Our consultants are trained interviewers. Applicants are evaluated by their primary consultant, with follow-up assessments by several colleagues. Our computerized evaluations of current software packages allow us to assess objectively each applicant's skill set.
